Ciro is a young boxer who lives in Naples. The movie recounts the silences, the breathing, the bodies, the rings, Ciro’s tenderness in contrast to the bluntness of the boxing world. A real act of resistance, not only against the difficulties of a life full of premature responsibilities, but also against a State that doesn’t know and doesn’t recognize him. In spite of everything Ciro has a determination to succeed; he loses heart, he withdraws into himself, then finds the strength to get up and starts again.
